Job Scope

The ICT Demand & Project Manager will serve as an IT partner for internal business functions, understanding their needs and identifying suitable technical solutions. This role will ensure that all IT initiatives align with company standards, IT internal portfolios, market offerings, and the approved budget.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as an IT business partner for SAP ERP and other enterprise solutions, liaising between internal customers and the central IT team to understand requirements and propose solutions.

  • Participate in all phases of software implementation, from design to adoption, ensuring adherence to project timelines and costs.

  • Define test scenarios with key users, supervise external consultants during tests, and coordinate user training as needed.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT help desk requests, overseeing issue resolution, testing, and solution deployment.

  • Manage change development in close collaboration with the IT Director, Line Manager, and Process Owner.

  • Support Process Owners and HR in defining user profiles, addressing security concerns such as Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance.

  • Ensure compliance with IT audit requirements (e.g., SOX compliance).

  • Lead change management initiatives and facilitate adoption of IT solutions.

  • Oversee local ICT enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Smart Factory Systems) and coordinate IT projects as a Local Demand Manager.

  • Assist in optimizing business processes and ensuring smooth integration of IT solutions.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certifications or PMP, ITIL certifications are a plus.

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Demand Manager or Business Consultant in a multinational company.

  • Proven expertise in SAP implementations, rollouts, and application maintenance. Experience with other business tools is a plus.

  • Advanced knowledge of business processes in at least two key areas (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Finance & Controlling, Demand-to-Supply).

  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams.

  • Deep knowledge of IT environments, tools, and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (B2 level or higher).

  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.

  • Flexibility for business trips (domestic & international), with a mobile office setup for Yokohama, Fujisawa, and Okayama.

Working Location

  • Yokohama Office (Japan-based role).

Salary Range

  • Annual Salary: JPY 6M – 8M (negotiable based on skills and experience).

ICT デマンド & プロジェクトマネージャーは、社内の各業務部門のITパートナーとして、ニーズを理解し、適切な技術ソリューションを特定・導入する役割を担います。本ポジションでは、企業の標準ガイドライン、ITポートフォリオ、マーケットの技術動向、予算計画に沿った形で、最適なソリューションの提供を目指します。

当社は、アジャイルで協力的な環境、革新的なプロジェクト、フラットな組織構造を提供しており、日本国内の拠点（横浜・藤沢・岡山）におけるICTの主要な窓口となるポジションです。

主な業務内容

  • SAP ERPおよびその他の企業ソリューションのITパートナーとして、社内ユーザーと中央ITチームの橋渡しを行い、業務要件を整理し最適なITソリューションを提案。

  • ソフトウェア導入の全フェーズ（設計～導入）に積極的に参加し、プロジェクト管理手法を適用しながら、コスト・スケジュールの管理を実施。

  • キーユーザーとテストシナリオを定義し、外部コンサルタントのテストを監督し、必要に応じてトレーニングを提供。

  • ITヘルプデスクの窓口として、システムの問題解決・テスト・導入支援を管理。

  • ITディレクター、部門責任者、プロセスオーナーと連携し、変更管理やIT監査（SOX等）対応を実施。

  • **ICTエンタープライズアプリケーション（SAP、スマートファクトリーシステム等）**の運用を支援し、最適化を推進。

  • 各業務プロセスの最適化とITソリューションの円滑な統合を支援。

必要なスキル・経験

  • 工学、コンピューターサイエンス、経営学の学士号（SAP資格、PMP、ITIL資格があれば尚可）。

  • デマンドマネージャーまたはビジネスコンサルタントとしての5-7年の経験（グローバル企業での経験が望ましい）。

  • SAPの新規導入・ロールアウト・アプリケーション保守の実績。その他のビジネスツールの経験も歓迎。

  • 業務プロセスの深い知識（Order-to-Cash、Purchase-to-Pay、Finance & Controlling、Demand-to-Supplyなど2領域以上）。

  • クロスファンクショナルなチームをリードできるプロジェクト管理能力。

  • IT環境・ツール・方法論に関する深い知識。

  • 英語・日本語の高度なコミュニケーションスキル（B2レベル以上）。

  • 論理的思考・問題解決力・柔軟なアプローチを持ち、チームと協力しながら業務を推進できる方。

  • 出張対応可能（国内・海外）、横浜・藤沢・岡山拠点を横断的にサポート可能なモバイルオフィス環境。
