About the role

As DNC Supply Chain Manager in the ET division, you will coordinate the DNC supply chain team to deliver strong service levels for customers in an economically sustainable way. The role promotes DNC supply chain integration within the DN Network, creating synergies that bring value to the Group and customers, while supporting technical operations through SAP and knowledge of mechanical, chemical, and electrochemical processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the DNC supply chain team across daily activities to support customer service levels and operational continuity.
  • Drive supply chain processes in an economically sustainable way, balancing service, efficiency, and business priorities.
  • Promote DNC supply chain integration within the DN Network to strengthen synergies and create value for the Group and customers.
  • Use SAP and supply chain processes to support planning, coordination, analysis, and follow-up across relevant activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to solve problems, improve coordination, and support technical supply chain needs related to mechanical, chemical, and electrochemical operations.

 

Requirements

  • Must-have: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Must-have: Over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a management role within production or supply chain functions in the mechanical, chemical, or related industries.
  • Must-have: Knowledge of mechanical and chemical engineering, with experience in electrochemical technologies.
  • Must-have: Chinese language skills are mandatory, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must-have: Result-oriented and problem-solving attitude, inclusive leadership style, good planning, organizing and analytical skills, hands-on approach, conscientious mindset, passion, and strong communication skills with internal departments and external parties.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience using SAP.
