DNC Manufacture Engineering Specialist

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Establish production processes, BOM & routings, cost estimates and work instructions for the assigned product line, in compliance with PT guidelines.

为指定产品线建立生产流程，物料清单，工艺路线，成本估算，工作指导书并符合PT的指导方针。

• Calculate & confirm sales order commit date, following material, outsourcing & production process to make sure delivery on time.

根据客户订单确认交期，并跟进物料和生产制程，外协制程，确保客户订单按期完成。

• Choose and apply the best methodology (lean, 6sigma, etc.) to enhance plant productivity.

选择并应用最佳方式以加强车间生产活动。

• Controls and monitors job costs, customer technical specifications and internal technical specifications.

监督并控制成本，客户技术要求及内部技术标准。

• Control the certification maintenance and inventory of all raw materials.

负责所有原材料的维修及库存检定。

• Monitor the technology transfer. Provide back-up for the applicable area management, when necessary and required.

监督技术移交，必要时提供相应的后备方案。

• Represents the company for outside customer discussions and technical reviews.

对外参与客户关于技术方面的讨论。

• Provide engineering support for Plant activities of the assigned product line.

为指定生产线提供工程方面的支持。

• Liaise with Technical Support to analyze critical problems and generate corrective actions to improve the product performance.

与技术服务部门配合针对重要问题分析成因并提出纠正措施以提高生产效能。

Education and professional experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above on mechanical, automation, and related engineering education background
• More than 2-3 years’ experience in the field of planning or engineering projects.
• Good communications skills, both in Chinese and English.
• SAP operation experience will be a plus.
