Key Responsibilities
主要职责

• Operate electrical assembly work according to technical drawings, ensuring that assembly activities meet production, quality, and safety requirements.
  根据技术图纸开展电气装配作业，确保装配活动符合生产、质量和安全要求。
• Repair, inspect, and carry out basic maintenance of standard electrical equipment, and report equipment abnormalities in a timely manner.
  负责常规电气设备的维修、检查和基础维护，并及时发现和反馈设备异常。
• Communicate effectively with team members, the line manager, and relevant support roles to complete daily production tasks according to work instructions.
  与团队成员、直属主管及相关支持岗位保持有效沟通，并按照工作指令完成日常生产任务。
• Follow production, quality, and safety processes, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  遵守生产、质量和安全流程，包括正确使用个人防护用品（PPE）。

Work Schedule & Location
工作时间和地点

The role works on day shift. The work location is Suzhou, and on-site work is required. The role must follow safety procedures and operational requirements on the production site and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
工作时间为白班。工作地点位于苏州，需现场工作。该岗位需在生产现场按照安全流程和操作要求开展工作，并正确使用个人防护用品（PPE）。

Requirements
必备条件

• High school education in a mechanical-related field.
  中专学历及以上, 机械相关专业高中学历。
• At least 4 years of working experience in a mechanical factory.
  至少4年机械工厂相关工作经验。
• Low-voltage Electrician License.
  持有低压电工证。
• Chinese language is mandatory.
  中文普通话为必备工作语言。
• Ability to follow instructions from the line manager, work proactively, learn actively, work hard, and adapt to considerable work intensity.
  能够按照直属主管的工作指令执行任务，具备主动工作和主动学习意识，吃苦耐劳，并能适应较高的工作强度。
• Ability to comply with production, quality, and safety requirements and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  能够遵守生产、质量和安全要求，并按要求使用个人防护用品（PPE）。

Nice-to-have
优先条件

• Experience in the sheet metal-related industry is preferred.
  具备钣金相关行业经验者优先。
