Main tasks and responsibilities
Assist China PORSCH director to define and implement corporate policies with smooth transition to local practices, following with necessary internal knowledge transference and necessary internal training for relevant employees in the light of organization and people development. Work as key contact to support local functional managers in terms of talent development, people development programs, in coordination with the local PORSCH team and director.
- Monitoring the implementation of corporate policies in local entities, assist functional managers to better understand the global policies as well as useful personnel tools (e.g. SSFF applied modules, scheduled PORSCH campaigns Performance, Competence, Compensation, Target Assignment etc.), in line with corporate priorities.
- Assist PORSCH director to prepare and be the focal point to interface corporate projects such as audit, DEI, ESG and reputation programs etc. by consolidating local report requested by the corporate and/or by project purpose.
- Work closely with local PORSCH operation team and support team daily operation tasks proactively, especially focus on the training and development activities, with guidance of the corporate policies.
- Ensure routine draft and/or update to local policies as well as other relevant organization documentation etc. based on corporate guidelines, such as local organization announcement in the portal, portal news, relevant news in social networks (which needs to be aligned with corporate marketing rules/policies), internal portal share folder documentation management etc.
- Other PORSCH related tasks assigned by line manager.
Education and professional experience
- Bachelor degree or above in business, management or others, not limited to certain majors.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR general functions OR HR Business Partner role in small to mid-sized manufacture company, training & development function is preferred but not mandatory. In a multinational company is a plus.
- CET6 or equivalent English level is preferred, able to use English as working language. Fluently in oral English and capable to communicate during daily work.
- Familiar with MS office serials, such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc. Experience of using Success Factor is a plus.
