Main tasks and responsibilities

Help to manage the coating production activities, follow up the assigned Product families, ensuring timely and effective deliveries in compliance with DN policies, procedures and safety, environmental and quality standards.

帮助管理公司涂层生产车间,负责指定的产品线,确保生产符合相关政策、程序和安全、环保和质量标准。

  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of coating line operators. 

监督并协调涂层生产线操作员的日常活动工作。

  • Promote work and production efficiency through planning and continuous improvement for production processes and flow chart.

通过制定相应规划促进工作和生产效率的提高,改进生产流程。

  • Responsible for set up a production schedule and ensuring that the production is cost effective. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.

制定生产计划并确保生产有效性。监督生产流程并根据需要调整生产进度。

  • Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.

确保及时完成订单产品,并保证质量。

  • Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.

监控产品标准和实施质量控制程序。

  • Working with Department manager & workshop to implement the company's policies and goals.

协助部门经理及车间贯彻公司相关政策并达到相关目标。

  • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, to prevent injuries to all operators of the team. Supervising and motivating a team of workers.

确保职业健康安全条款的执行,避免团队发生工伤事件, 激发部门员工工作积极性。

 

 

Education and professional experience

  • Bachelor degree or above, in chemical or equivalent major
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Production/Group leader & Engineer in manufacturing function
  • Knowledge/Experience in:
    • Lean Manufacturing knowledge
    • SAP or comparable MRP systems.
    • Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
    • Positive minded, self-starter and a team player
    • Good discipline, no smoking
    • Good leadership and communication skills
