Summary: The Regional Sales Manager – Asia, is responsible for driving municipal water and wastewater sales across key Southeast and North Asia markets by developing strategic customer relationships and securing new project opportunities. The role supports regional growth targets by promoting De Nora’s filtration and disinfection solutions, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence through strong engagement with consultants, end-users, and EPC partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Experienced in Municipal Water and Wastewater in Southeast Asia and North Asia Treatment projects, in particular Malaysia (including East Malaysia), Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
  • Strong relationships with Designers/Consultants, End Users and EPC
  • Previous experience in Proposals and Application Engineering will be a plus

Education and Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering and 5-10 years in a Sales role.
  • Must have experience in leading regional sales account.
  • Qualities:  mid-career, hunter mentality, situational awareness, competitive. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong and proven business development and sales experience that drives growth and are based on key strategic initiatives.
  • Familiar with principles and practices of water and wastewater treatment. If specifically in filtration, and disinfection it is a plus.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
