Your Mission
As Executive Business Partner to the Managing Director, you will play a central role in supporting strategic priorities, coordinating business-critical activities, and driving organizational effectiveness.
You will ensure that important topics and projects are progressing, facilitate collaboration across teams, and help create the structure and transparency needed for successful execution. At the same time, you will manage key organizational and coordination activities that enable the Managing Director and Management Team to focus on leading the business.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Management Support

Provide transparency on financial and operational performance by tracking key metrics, preparing management reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Prepare management meetings, leadership workshops, and business reviews.

Create presentations, reports, decision papers, and executive communications.

Track actions, decisions, and key priorities to ensure timely follow-up.

Coordinate activities and alignment across the Management Team.

Translate business insights into concrete improvement actions and ensure effective follow-through across the organization.

Support the Managing Director in day-to-day business operations.
Project & Initiative Management

Coordinate strategic projects and business initiatives across functions.

Support the implementation of global and corporate programs within the German organization.

Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and projects stay on track.

Identify risks, escalate issues when appropriate, and drive solutions.
Organization & Coordination

Manage complex schedules, meetings, and business calendars.

Organize domestic and international business travel, including logistics and itineraries.

Coordinate leadership events, workshops, customer visits, and off-site meetings.

Ensure effective preparation and execution of key business meetings.

Serve as a central point of coordination between management, employees, corporate functions, and external partners.
Change & Continuous Improvement

Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Help implement new processes, tools, and ways of working to drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement and digital transformation, driving efficiency initiatives across functions.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness, improve business processes, and support sustainable cost optimization.

Lead and coordinate internal communication activities, fostering alignment, collaboration, and engagement across departments.
Qualification

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Communication or a related field.

High understanding of economical and business related figures
-
Several years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Partner, Project Management, Consulting, or similar role.

Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Strong attention to detail combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Fluent in German and English. Italian would be a plus
