Main tasks and responsibilities
Day to day AR & AP works
- To update bank transactions, do bank reconciliation and other bank issues, LC.
- Issue invoices and send SOA to customers and support for the cash collection, prepare monthly AR aging report.
- To book AP invoices, prepare monthly AP report and support payments to suppliers.
- Issue IC invoices, track Intercompany transactions and do monthly intercompany reconciliation.
Day to day GL works
- Take responsibility for the month-end closing and keep improving the closing process.
a) Month end closing and meet tight deadline requirement.
b) In charge of Balance Sheet Reconciliation and work with various parties for deviation resolution.
c) Take the initiative to solve the accounting problems and issues.
d) Preparing Monthly and Quarterly group reporting package.
- Assist Group Leader on tax filing and other tax issues.
- Work with auditors, both internal and external, for group reporting, local reporting.
- Other tasks assigned by Finance leader.
Education and professional experience
- B.S. Degree in Accounting or Auditing
- 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience
- financial system experience, SAP is plus
- good verbal and written English, good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Possess a solid accounting background, an aptitude for information systems and willingness to focus on details.
