The resource, within the HR Corporate Team, shall support programs and initiatives aimed to position De Nora as an Employer of Choice, attract talents, and boost employees’ engagement and retention, through all social media and digital and physical touchpoints.

Under the supervision of her line manager and the Reputation Specialist she will work closely with HR colleagues worldwide, as well as external creative and communication agencies.

 

     Scope, main tasks, and responsibilities

  • Support the definition and execution of communication strategy, both online and offline, to increase De Nora reputation and attract new talents worldwide;

  • Help manage the Social Media editorial plan by generating engaging content and coordinating inputs from different stakeholders/functions like Reputation, local HR teams, and Marketing at a global level;

  • Help build up and proactively engage with the social community;

  • Support the creation of campaigns and new formats aimed to attract potential candidates and boost internal engagement by working closely with external creative agencies from ideation to delivery;

  • Help to monitor the Digital presence of De Nora from a reputation perspective, on Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WeChat), Career Website, Job Boards and University portals;

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and HR Internal Communication to create cross-channel communications;

  • Assist in planning and managing digital and physical events such as webinars, career days, job fairs, hackathons, innovation challenges, research labs and presentations at universities and high schools;

  • Help measure success and the business impact of key campaigns and events, with relevant reports;

  • Support as required people development programs and initiatives such as training content design and delivery, competence mapping, assessments, job rotational programs, etc.

 

Education and professional experience

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, communication, HR and related field or in economics or management.

  • No more than 6 months in Employer Branding, Reputation, Talent Acquisition, Social Media, Corporate Communication, Digital Marketing

 

Additional information

  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Other languages are a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Photoshop and In-design tools are a plus

  • Good knowledge of social media and web analytics tools

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity, and the employee experience.

  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and problem solver

  • Able to work autonomously but also to build relationships across the organization with others in HR, recruiting, marketing and communication

  • Creative mind balanced with the ability to articulate data and insights.
