About the role
We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Representative to support the commercial development of our Pools business segment across the EMEIA region. As a recognized market leader, we serve a diverse customer base including manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors, offering high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to complex needs. The role focuses on preparing technically and commercially aligned offers, supporting customer-specific solutions, and diving customer acquisition and retention. It requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and strong customer orientation
Responsibilities
- Quotation & Technical Pre‑Sales Support: manage end‑to‑end quotation and tender processes, developing competitive and compliant technical offers aligned with customer needs and specifications, and providing technical support in close collaboration with Sales, R&D, and Engineering throughout the pre‑sales phase.
- Customer Development & Market Expansion: support new customer acquisition and the growth of existing accounts through customer engagement and needs analysis, proposing value‑driven solutions, preparing technical and commercial sales materials, and contributing to Pools market expansion initiatives.
- Market Intelligence & Cross‑Functional Coordination: monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support product development and market positioning, ensure accurate CRM data and reporting, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on technical clarifications and cross‑functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical education
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the pools industry or related sectors such as water treatment or industrial components.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is desirable
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, with a strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Fluent in English is required. Proficiency in German or Italian; knowledge of Spanish or French is considered a plus
