For our HR Department we are seeking a curious and enthusiastic intern who will support the Shared Service Center team with a specific focus on:
- Attendance Management: Entering travel allowances into the monthly timesheet (NetTime tool).
- Reporting: Preparation of periodic reports on costs, workforce and absenteeism from SuccessFactors and NetTime tools.
- Administrative Procedures: Sending the information required for communications to local authorities to the external payroll provider (e.g., hiring, termination, accidents, severance pay, ISTAT questionnaires, pension fund management).
- Payroll: Verification of monthly changes.
- IPCEI and funded projects: Preparation of documentation for reimbursement of costs.
- ESG and Internal Audit: Preparation of periodic reports.
- Payroll Management: Updating fixed-term contract deadlines, probationary periods, and quarterly payments (Fasi Open) in collaboration with local HR Specialists.
- Ticket Restaurant: Purchase and management.
- Canteen: Monthly meal verification.
- Support in managing the Cometa and Fasi Open pension funds.
Requirements
- At least High school Diploma
- Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent knowledge of Excel
- Good analytical, organizational and priority management skills, accuracy and confidentiality
- Knowledge of the English language
Duration: 6 months
