Production Technologies is a dynamic Corporate function that bridges the gap between R&D and Manufacturing Plants, ensuring seamless collaboration among Operations and Research Centers across all regions of De Nora. By driving innovation and excellence, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of our manufacturing processes.

The primary focus areas managed by Production Technologies include the industrialization of new products and the transfer of groundbreaking technologies across De Nora’s global manufacturing sites.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
•    Innovate and Lead: Drive the industrialization and qualification of cutting-edge new products and manufacturing technologies.
•    Bridge R&D and Manufacturing: Serve as the technical interface between our R&D and manufacturing sites, fostering collaboration and innovation.
•    Strategic Raw Material Supply Chain: Enhance our supply chain by executing technical validations of new suppliers in coordination with Central Procurement.
•    Technical Documentation: Draft and manage the technical documentation necessary for successful new product scale-up and technology transfers.
•    Global Integration: Execute the required SAP Material Master activities to facilitate seamless product transfers to manufacturing sites.
•    Innovative Manufacturing: Lead structured initiatives to propose and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.
Requirements:
•    Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
•    Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
•    Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in IT tools like MS Excel and Power BI.
•    2-3 years of experience in a structured manufacturing environment; basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
