The HR Organizational Development Associate Manager will be part of the dynamic Organization, Processes, Transformation, Analytics & Workforce team, which is continually growing. This role , will interface directly with all the other HR Corporate function (People Development, Reputation&Communication, Compensation) and Local HR teams across four continents, additionally to other Corporate functions (AFC, Legal, ICT, etc.)

As an HR Organization Development Associate Manager, you will be involved in:

  • Boosting HR reporting and analytics cultures, improving processes, initiatives and analysis
    Participating in organizational design, sizing & workforce planning initiatives
    Managing the Head count monitoring, being actively involved in budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning processes
    Contributing in digitalization and transformation projects
    Supporting in the Organizational Documents and Organization Structure updating
    Enhancing HR and Company processes 

Requirements

- University Degree in Management, preferably with an HR focusA min of 3 years of experience within HR/Organization functions
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and Power Point mandatory)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency in English
- A proactive attitude, , energy, “agility” and team-oriented mindset
