The HR Organizational Development & Digitalization Specialist will be part of the dynamic funtion Organizational Development, 
Change Management, HR Analytics and Internal Communication team, which is continually growing and will interface directly with
 all the other HR Corporate function and Local HR teams across 4 continents.

 

What you will do:

  • update and review Organizational Documents, including Org. Chart, Policies and Manuals, and support in producing and posting Organizational Announcements
  • create engaging Internal Communication contents, such as News, Newspaper, Podcast and support dedicated campaigns.
  • support also in an operative way, digitalization and transformation projects 
  • manage and monitor HR processes campaigns (performance reviews, competence assessments..)
  • contribute to HR reporting and analytics initiatives, including Head count budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning

 

Requirements

  • University Degree in Management, preferably with an HR focus.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and Power Point mandatory)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency in English
  • A proactive attitude, energy, “agility” and team-oriented mindset
