We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Market Analyst to join our Energy Transition and Hydrogen team.
This role is crucial in identifying market opportunities and supporting strategic decisions to drive business growth in energy transition and hydrogen markets.


What will you do:
•    Identify and detail potential market opportunities and technology benchmarking.
•    Continuously monitor the energy and hydrogen markets, including value chain, geographies, economics, policies, strategies, regulations, and incentives.
•    Participate actively in hydrogen trading groups and governmental interactions.
•    Develop scenarios, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations that support business strategy for energy transition and hydrogen.
•    Expand scope to adjacent markets such as Energy Storage and Circularity.
•    Support Investor Relators and AFC CO with comprehensive H2 & ET market analysis.
•    Apply advanced statistics and data analysis methodologies.

You’ll liaise with:
•    Consultancy firms for specific expertise.
•    Governmental institutions for policy matters.
•    Customers and value chain players.
•    M&A teams for input data on companies.
•    Investor Relators and AFC CO.

What we’re looking for:
•    Degree in STEM or Economics, preferably a PhD.
•    Up to 4 years maximum of experience in consultancy firms or energy companies.
•    Strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•    Strong attention to detail.
