We are looking for a new resource for our R&D team who will support the Researchers in Charge for the design and manage of pilot test in the Green Energy field and traditional C/A and HCl business line plus support to characterization and testing of electrode samples.

She/He will learn:

  • Apply Engineering Practices for the design of pilot electrochemical system
  • Design, sizing and selection of equipment for pilot test lab
  • Assembly and managing of pilot test, ex. analysis of electrolyte
  • To characterize the electrode, either prepared in lab or coming from production: electrochemistry (e.g. CISEP, voltammetry,chronopotentiometry), lifetest, small pilot cells
  • to report laboratory data to the Researcher in Charge and to R&D team (data elaboration, data presentation)
  • Use of Excel spreadsheet and/or apposite software for data analysis and management
  • Laboratory good practices (5S)


Education and professional experience:

  • BSc (completed or ongoing) in Industrial Chemistry or Material Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Material Science
  • Background expertise in digital soft skills like Macro, Power Query/Power BI
  • English comprehension (intermediate)
  • Ability to execute and organize the assigned tasks with precision, autonomy and proactive attitude
  • Upside: Process automation knowledge (PLC, Labview, or similar) or Experience in introducing automation tools/ technologies to chemical pilot/lab process.
