We are looking for an intern for our Legal Department who will support the Group Compliance manager. 
The resource will focus on:
•    Reviewing, finalization and implementation of  compliance policies;
•    Organization and implementation of ethics and compliance training programs;
•    Identifying compliance gaps and implementing process improvements for enhanced adherence;
•    Implementation of 231 Italian model by the Italian subsidiaries and ensuring that the Italian business is compliant with 231;
•    Developing and managing compliance program focus on Anti-Corruption; 
•    Implementing Export Control and International Sanctions compliance policy;
•    Performing screening on third party.
•    Maintaining and updating the Whistleblowing policy.

 

Educational background 

• Master’s degree in Law, preferably with an understanding of compliance matters;
• Fluent in English
