We are looking for an HR Communication and Social Media Specialist to join our Corporate HR team.

Under the supervision of the tutor and working closely with HR colleagues worldwide, as well as external creative and communication agencies, the resource will support programs and initiatives aimed at positioning De Nora as an Employer of Choice, attracting talents, boosting employee engagement and retention through all social media and digital and physical touchpoints.

What you will do:
- Communication Strategy: support the definition and execution of the communication strategies, both online and offline, to increase De Nora's reputation and attract new talents worldwide;
- Social Media: help manage the social media editorial plan by generating engaging content and coordinating inputs from different stakeholders/functions like Reputation, local HR teams, and Marketing at a global level;
- Social Community: help build and proactively engage with the social community;
- Creative Campaigns: support the creation of campaigns and new formats aimed at attracting potential candidates and boosting internal engagement by working closely with external creative agencies from ideation to delivery;
- Digital Presence: help to monitor De Nora's digital presence from a reputation perspective on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WeChat), career website, job boards, and university portals;
- Events: assist in planning digital and physical events such as webinars, career days, job fairs, hackathons, innovation challenges, research labs and presentations at universities and high schools;
- Success Measurement: help measure the success and business impact of key campaigns and events, with relevant reports;
- People Development: support people development programs and initiatives such as training content design and delivery, competence mapping, assessments, job rotational programs;
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and HR Internal Communication to create cross-channel communications.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communication, HR, or related fields, or in economics or management
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Other languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of tools like Photoshop and In-design is a plus
- Good knowledge of social media and web analytics tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity, and the employee experience
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and ability to build relationships across the organization with others in HR, recruiting, marketing, and communication
- Creative mind balanced with the ability to articulate data and insights.
