Main tasks and responsibilities

Accomplishment of the assigned tasks, realize on schedule and on budget all the requirements related to the projects and tasks,
-
Ensure sound engineering practices, national/international rules, and customer’s technical specification appliance.

Design optimizing costs, time, quality, and operability.

Focus on safety during manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and operation.

Attention to details and their feasibility,
-
Liaise with Proposal, Sales, Operation and Services to analyse problems, generating corrective actions to improve product performance,
-
Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products,
-
Design, implement and improve electrical equipment, components, products, and industrial systems.

Support manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements,
-
Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements,
-
Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.

Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.

Supervise and train project team members as necessary.

Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.

Plan layout of electric power transformation, distribution lines and stations.

Assist in developing research and programs for new equipment and major repairs.

Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects.

Design the electrical schemes.

Support Line Manager:

in establishing work instructions and technical manuals, in compliance with provided guidelines.
