The Organization & Analytics Intern will join the OPTAW Team (Organization, Processes, Transformation, Analytics and Workforce), which stands at the center of the HR department connecting all the other functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn how a multinational company manages its workforce at 360°, working with colleagues from all HR areas – Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Reputation, Operations and Business Partnership – to continuously improve De Nora’s organization and processes in order to maximize efficiency and innovation, exploiting data driven strategies.

 

Daily activities will focus on analytics and organization:

  • Run established HR reporting and data quality activities
  • Contribute to ad hoc, customized analyses to address emerging needs
  • Support the headcount monitoring process
  • Help update and review organizational documents such as organizational charts, organizational announcements, policies and procedures

 

Additionally, a relevant part of the role will see you involved in transformational projects impacting De Nora’s evolution path:

  • HR Analytics roadmap deployment
  • HR Information Systems evolution
  • Job Architecture evolution
  • Support to M&A and other strategic change initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Social Sciences or Humanities
  • Excel: basic or intermediate level
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking
  • Results oriented, pragmatic, with a strong spirit of initiative
  • Teamwork, including the ability to collaborate with colleagues from different nationalities and cultures
  • English: B2 Level
