The HR Administration Specialist needs to show a short experience in HR Administration field. He/she will mainly deal with the management of issues relating to administrative matters concerning all employees (Metalmeccanici and Industrial Executives Collective Agreements) directly dealing with them and the external payroll office.
Scope, main tasks and responsibilities
The HR Specialist will support the Line Manager for the:
- Management of hiring practices: preparation and formalization of contracts, collection of documents.
- Preparation of non-competition agreements in collaboration with the external labor law firm.
- Administration and support for Executives and Managers (i.e. Fasi, Previndai, CDI Check, form 059).
- Preparation of letters to employees (e.g. Salary review, part-time/full-time, extension of fixed-term contracts, TI transformation, SCP bonus, patent activity awards).
- Use of MyGovernance to send communications and documents.
- Management of annual subscriptions in agreement with ATM and Trenord.
- Forecast and budget for insurance policies, car fleet, subscriptions with ATM and Trenord, CDI check.
- Access to Taxi platforms for invoice verification.
- DPO support for privacy (e.g. training, policy adjustment, letters of appointment).
- Maintenance of Personnel data filing in the “SuccessFactors – SAP” system and extraction of reports
- Use of SAP for RDA
Education and professional experience
- At least High school Diploma in administrative field
- At least 3 years of experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good analytical, organizational and priority management skills, accuracy and confidentiality
- Knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP is a plus.
