The Compensation & Benefit Specialist will be responsible for supporting the C&B function in designing, implementing and managing the organization’s global compensation policies, programs, projects and operative execution.

He/she will support and contribute to develop and evolve of the compensation strategy in alignment with the business goals and objective, pursuing fairness and competitivity, both for compensation and benefit topics.

 

        Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Conduct compensation analysis to ensure that our packages are competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Support in job evaluation projects.
  • Support the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs (MBO, LTI, Performance Shares systems, etc.). Support the proper execution of Local Salary Reviews in application of the Group policies.
  • Support in designing solutions to specific compensation programs and incentive plans.
  • Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
  • Support with the Remuneration Committee and the Remuneration Report

 

Education and professional experience

  • Degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering preferred (master in Human Resources best)
  • Maximum of 3 years’ experience in the function in multinational companies (best in hr consulting company)
  • Basic knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
  • Strong analytic ability. Attention to details. Result orientation.
  • Verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills.
