Role Description
The Facility Management Specialist will be the right hand of the Facility Manager, supporting in planning, organizing, and executing assigned projects, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and budgets. This dynamic and varied role involves managing buildings and essential services for the company's operations, including offices, factories, canteen, and security.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support in defining timelines and procedures for the maintenance of buildings and structures.
• Coordination of internal and external teams responsible for services, considering budget constraints.
• Organization and control of activities to meet business needs.
• Supervision and assurance of the proper functioning of utilities: heating and cooling systems, electrical, water, fire protection, gas, and compressed air systems.
• Coordination of external suppliers and services (cleaning, waste management, reception, mail security, internal logistics, canteen).
• Support in managing current and under-construction sites.
• Performing administrative tasks (entering purchase requests into the management system).
• Reporting for budget and consumption analysis.
• Drawing with Autocad for layout drafting.
Requirements
• Diploma in Surveying or Degree in Civil or Building Engineering/Architecture
• At least 3-5 years of experience in studio (administrative and construction site).
• Knowledge of SAP and Office.
• Knowledge of Autocad.
