The HSE Specialist will manage the health, safety and environmental programs for the plant, ensuring the respect of all the applicable policies, guidelines and standards.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop safety plans and policies in line with the applicable regulations. Manage their implementation.
  • Conduct safety and environmental audits and surveys to ensure compliance with regulations/policies. Manage the accident reports for all injuries in the plant. Report results and maintain updated documents, files and records.
  • Evaluate the application of HSE standards and propose corrective actions, establishing priorities and scheduling.
  • Represent the company and interface with Local Authorities on HSE subjects.
  • Manage safety training programs, in coordination with HR. Maintain awareness of all applicable regulations. Promote a deep understanding of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Provide expertise to company management on HSE matters. Support the evaluation of external supplies and assist Laboratory and Plant staff in equipment inspections

 

Education and Professional experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Science or similar.
  • At least 2 years of work in HSE field.
