    We are looking for an intern for our Legal Department. 

    The resource will support the Group Compliance manager with a specific focus on:

• Reviewing, finalization and implementation of compliance policies;
• organization and implementation of ethics and compliance training programs;
• identifying compliance gaps and implementing process improvements for enhanced adherence;
• implementation of 231 Italian model by the Italian subsidiaries and ensuring that the Italian business is compliant with 231;
• Developing and managing compliance program focus on Anti-Corruption;
• Implementing Export Control and International Sanctions compliance policy;
• Performing screening on third party.
• Maintaining and updating the Whistleblowing policy.

Master’s degree in Law with a significant understanding of compliance matters;

Fluent in English
