For our plant in Cologno Monzese we are looking for a Producition Engineer who will be responsible for:

 

  • Upload production cycles/bills in the ERP and set the proper planning parameters.
  • Liaise with Production  to respect design constraints and cost/quality standards.
  • Study and monitor production times and methods with the aim of increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Liaise with Sales, Quality and Production for supporting production according to manufacturing/supplier constraints and cost/quality standards.
  • Prepare production orders and monitor their progresses. Report eventual delays. Recommend and implement corrective actions in strict coordination with Line Manager.
  • Analyze inventory usage and scrap. Recommends actions to minimize loss, reduce inventory and/or increase turnover.
  • Propose continuous improvements to internal processes and systems.
  • Monitor external suppliers activities and efficiency.

 

Education and professional experience

  • Mechanical expert diploma or Mechanical bachelor's degree
  • Nice to have 3-5 years of experience in production engineering or technical office
