We are looking for a motivated and passionate intern to join our financial and strategic planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for finance and business strategy.

Main activities:

• Support FP&A team in preparing preparations for the CEO /CFO for the Budget, Forecast, Business Plan etc. jointly with the business and relevant managers/stakeholders
• Actively contribute to the continuous review and improvement of the financial planning processes and tools to standardize and reduce manual work and share knowledge
• Support with analysis of business performance, deep-dives, reviews of key drivers of performance
• Support in day-by-day forecasting and analysis
• Support the team in month end close and monthly forecasts
• Work in team with Finance community to ensure maximum efficiency and harmony in delivery group financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management Engineering or equivalent
• Previous internship experience is a plus
• Processing information with precision and high attention to details
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power BI skills is a plus)
• Good communication skills and result orientation
