We are looking for a motivated and passionate intern to join our financial and strategic planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for finance and business strategy.
Main activities:
- Support FP&A team in preparing preparations for the CEO /CFO for the Budget, Forecast, Business Plan etc. jointly with the business and relevant managers/stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the continuous review and improvement of the financial planning processes and tools to standardize and reduce manual work and share knowledge
- Support with analysis of business performance, deep-dives, reviews of key drivers of performance
- Support in day-by-day forecasting and analysis
- Support the team in month end close and monthly forecasts
- Work in team with Finance community to ensure maximum efficiency and harmony in delivery group financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management Engineering or equivalent
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- Processing information with precision and high attention to details
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power BI skills is a plus)
- Good communication skills and result orientation
